Cheapest Diet of Warm Water

ROUTINE drinking warm water is the easiest and cheapest option to lose weight.

The research, led by Prof. Brenda Davy of Virginia Tech, United States recently found that drinking warm water before eating can help you lose weight.

"Individuals who practice routine adult drinking two glasses of warm water before eating to lose weight around 1.81 pounds more than those who do not drink water.

"Women are able to increase water intake to lose more weight than women who only drink less than a liter of water a day.

"It happened because warm water can help reduce hunger and caloric intake, especially for those who are on a diet," said Davy

In addition to providing a sense of fullness, warm water is said to lower the risk of diabetes and kidney stones.
