Reasons Why People Lazy Exercise




Reason # 1 - "I'm very busy, where there is time to think of exercise!"You'll never busy to exercise! Exercise is an obligation as long as we are alive (and if you want to live longer!). If you are very busy and do not have time to spend a 'valuable' you even 20 minutes a day, be more active! Use the stairs instead of an elevator. Try to reduce the use of vehicles. If absolutely necessary, park your car as far as possible so that you still have to walk to the destination you want to go. Okay you might think that these things are 'trivial' and might not help you in achieving your objectives. But, if you take these steps every day, it will have more impact in the long run! A little bit too long to be a hill too huh! 
Reason # 2 - "Make what work? I was destined to be a fat! "
I think that this is an unacceptable excuse at all! It's like admit that there is something wrong about you but you do not want to take proactive steps to change it because he considered that it was something that was 'well' in yourself. I believe every personality you read the 'Success Stories' in Kevin Zahri have the same opinion about this. Sometimes, obesity is not the fault of the individual, it is something that is shared. It is caused by habits inculcated from childhood. Remember that message, when I eat, eat until full, right? Exercise is also regarded as a matter not compulsory by most of our society. Reason # 3 - "I'm dieting, no need to work out right!"
The word 'diet' is one of the most avid terms used and also 'misused' by people who are trying to lose weight! Diet does not mean you 'fast' and tie your stomach from food. 'Diet' is actually the amount of food consumed by a person. Each individual has a total daily caloric value (DCR) is different depending on the physical body and one's lifestyle (whether active or not). Of course, it is possible for a person to lose weight by just dieting. But it is highly not recommended because one has to be very disciplined in food intake. There are also likely to feel hungry and eventually you may overeat because too hungry! Thus, the 'balanced diet' highly recommended by nutrition experts that cover the majority of the diet ('Calorie reduced diets) and exercise. Did you know that exercise helps you reduce your appetite? 
Reason # 4 - "I do not want to go the gym, I do not want the body 'big' like bodybuilders!"
Maybe this is one reason why the lack of female visitors at the gym. The women are very worried that their bodies are muscular as male bodybuilding. Do not worry, most men also have the same concerns as do not want to look 'big' like 'weightbuilder'. Actually, it is hard for a person to look like a bodybuilder. Reason # 5 - "Hate exercise! Do not like it! "
I love to run. Maybe you do not like running. You may have interest in activities that you yourself may not know yet. The important thing here, do not quit and give up. Continue to work with a variety of activities that you can find and try. My friend got me to stop running after a few weeks and are now in class 'pole dancing'.
